These terms describe shopping for personalised photo frames from SL Gifts. Please read the product details and our store policies before placing an order.

Orders & personalisation

Choose your frame design and size, then provide the requested photos, names and wording. Please check spelling and all personalisation details carefully. If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible; the options available depend on whether preparation has started and your rights under applicable law.

You should have permission to use the photos and other content you send to us. We use the personalisation details you provide to prepare and fulfil your order. If you send these through WhatsApp or email, those services also process your communications under their own privacy policies.

Prices, payments & offers

Product prices are shown in Indian rupees. Review your final order total and available payment methods at checkout. Prepaid-only offers do not apply to Cash on Delivery orders. An upcoming offer is not active until it becomes available at checkout.
